What happens after I send my brief?

It opens in WhatsApp with everything filled in — press send and it reaches us instantly. A travel designer reads it personally and replies within 24 hours, usually much sooner, with a first idea of the journey and an honest price range.

Do I have to pay anything to enquire?

Accepted Answer

No. The conversation, the itinerary ideas and the quote are all free. You pay only once you have approved a written itinerary and decided to travel.

Why do you ask for a budget?

So we design something real. A rough per-person range lets us pitch the right stays and pace the first time, instead of sending you something beautiful that you then have to talk us down from.

Question 4

What if I do not know where I want to go yet?

That is completely fine — choose "Not sure yet" and tell us how you want the trip to feel. Half our travellers arrive with a mood rather than a map, and shortlisting destinations is part of what we do.

How much detail should I give?

Accepted Answer

As much as you like. Occasions you are celebrating, places you have already seen, how much moving around you can stand, dietary or mobility needs — every line makes the first draft closer to right.
