Day 1
Arrive Shimla
Picked up from Chandigarh or Delhi and driven up. An evening walk on the Ridge and Mall Road as the lights come on.
Day 2
Shimla & Kufri
Kufri, Green Valley, Jakhoo temple and Christ Church, at a pace that leaves time to sit somewhere with a view.
Day 3
Shimla to Manali
A long, beautiful drive along the Sutlej and the Beas, with stops at Sundernagar lake, Pandoh dam and Kullu.
Day 4
Solang Valley
Solang for snow and paragliding in season, with Rohtang Pass as an option on permit.
Day 5
Manali, unhurried
Hadimba temple in the deodar forest, Vashisht hot springs, Manu temple and the cafés of Old Manali.
Day 6
Kullu day
River rafting on the Beas, Manikaran Sahib gurudwara, and the weavers where the Kullu shawls come from.
Day 7
Departure
Drive down to Chandigarh or Delhi for your onward flight or train.
