How Heels on Wheels handles the information you give us.
What we collect
When you submit the travel enquiry form, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we collect the details you choose to give: your name, mobile number, email address, travel dates, destinations, passenger counts and any special requirements you mention.
To issue tickets and complete bookings we may additionally need identity documents such as passport details, PAN, Aadhaar or date of birth, exactly as required by the airline, railway, hotel or embassy involved.
Why we collect it

- To make and confirm bookings with airlines, railways, hotels and bus operators
- To process visa applications and travel insurance where you have asked us to
- To contact you about changes, cancellations or delays affecting your travel
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory record-keeping requirements
Who we share it with
We share your details only with the service providers needed to fulfil your booking — airlines, the railway reservation system, hotels, bus operators, visa authorities, insurance providers and payment processors. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
WhatsApp and third-party services
Our enquiry form opens your message in WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy. Any information you send through WhatsApp is handled under that policy in addition to ours.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for as long as required by Indian tax and travel-industry regulations, typically eight years. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as they are useful for following up with you.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete records that we are not legally obliged to retain. Write to info@heelonwheel.com and we will respond within thirty days.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated before they go live.
