What does Heels on Wheels do?

We are a travel design studio. We plan bespoke journeys across India and abroad, run small-group departures, arrange wellness and Ayurveda retreats, and book flights, hotels, trains and transfers — for solo travellers, couples, families, friends and corporate groups.

Is Heels on Wheels only for women travellers?

Accepted Answer

No. We are known for women-first safety standards — vetted partners, female-led ground teams and round-the-clock support — and we run dedicated women-only departures because many travellers ask for them. But we plan journeys for everyone: couples, families with children, multi-generation groups, friends and company teams.

How do I get a quote for my trip?

Fill the travel enquiry form on this website or send us a WhatsApp message with your destination, dates and how many people are travelling. A travel designer replies with options and clear pricing, usually the same day.

Do you charge for planning or for a quote?

Accepted Answer

No. The first conversation, the itinerary suggestions and the quote are free. You only pay once you have approved a written itinerary and decided to travel with us.

Question 5

What does "zero hidden costs" actually mean?

Accepted Answer

Your quote lists flights, stays, transfers, guides, entry tickets, meals and taxes line by line, and states plainly what is not included. Nothing is added afterwards, and nothing is buried in fine print.

Which destinations do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Across India we work most in Kerala, Kashmir, Rajasthan, the Himalayas and Goa. Internationally we design journeys to Bhutan, Kenya, Turkey, Europe, the UAE and Southeast Asia. If a place is not on our list, ask — we plan it from scratch.

Can I book just a flight or a hotel, without a full itinerary?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plenty of our customers book single air tickets, hotel stays, train tickets or airport transfers with us and nothing else. Same fares, same people, same support.

Question 8

What support do I get while I am travelling?

Accepted Answer

A single point of contact who stays reachable across timezones. Missed connection, hotel problem, a driver who has not arrived, a reservation to change — one number, and a real person deals with it.

Question 9

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards and bank transfer. You receive a proper receipt and a confirmed booking voucher for every payment made.
